Who are we? Where do we come from? What is the purpose of our life?

 

When we use our own attention, we can find the answers to these questions.

So we need to know how to develop this attention. In fact, we are looking for Constant Attention.

Constant Attention

We can act in two ways: with consciousness or without, both give very different results. Let’s take an example. Someone may leave their house keys somewhere. With the attention active, they will remember and know where the keys are. With the attention inactive, they won’t remember and will have to look for the keys in many places. It may even be sometime before they find them. It’s a similar situation when we wonder if we locked the door of our house, or not. With attention, we will know the answer.

So what is the state of our attention now? Are we distracted to some degree? How can we make our attention more active? More constant?

We can do this by putting our attention into one of our five senses whilst at the same time being aware of the activity we are doing.

In our classes, we will teach you how to do this. The techniques can be carried out when doing any activity, and our attention will develop as we practice it.

From here we will discover for ourselves who and what we are. We will develop attributes that lie latent within us, such as perception, intuition, creativity, intelligence and much more. It is a new way of living…and this developed attention brings new knowledge and understanding.
